The Windows Audio Endpoint Builder seems to be running just fine but Windows Audio is not. I have also opened up the services.msc and locating the Windows Audio service. I have tried restarting several times and then retrying this to no avail. ![]() Clicking on it attempts to fix the issues and start the audio service automatically, though it ends in saying that the service could not be started, with it telling me 'One or more audio services is not running' and having 'Not Fixed' set aside for the issue. Since then, however, I have been unable to start the audio service back up.Īs it stands, the sound option has a red cross over it in the toolbar. ![]() I used the computer quite a bit yesterday before I was forced to restart for the update and the few minutes before the restart, the audio was working just fine. ![]() ![]() Following an update last night, my computer seems to be unable to start the Windows Audio service.
